From the preface

The Resounding Fingerboard attachment speeds up learning processes significantly, and leads to rapid improvement, something that, in turn, increases motivation. For optimal results, we recommend exaggerated slow and conscious movements in the beginning and focusing the attention on the point of contact between finger and nodule.
With regular exercise you might even find that your finger span increases. Often users report that they are suddenly able to play fingered octaves effortlessly. This characteristic of the fingerboard attachment makes it a fantastic practising tool! However, we recommend being mindful with regards to additional stretching when using the fingerboard attachment - and to stretch within your limits. Remember, change doesn‘t happen overnight!
