Delivery times | Consignment composition
If no other deadlines are specified, the goods will be delivered within 3-7 working days in Germany and within 7-21 working days internationally. Please note that there is usually no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will dispatch the goods in a joint consignment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
As we cooperate with various manufacturers, suppliers and fulfilment service providers, it is possible for you to receive your goods in several shipments.
Delivery/delivery times for digital products:
- eBooks and free downloads: You can download the documents in your personal user account directly after successful payment and registration (confirmed e-mail address via the double opt-in procedure). For technical reasons, it may take a few minutes for the necessary e-mail to be sent to you.
- Mini subscriptions: You can log in to your personal user account and access the mini subscription immediately after successful payment and registration (confirmed e-mail address via the double opt-in procedure).
