Integrate your body when pacticing and achieve win-win effects

Workshops on body integration

The workshops explore ideas of integrating the body and consistently address perspectives from the point of view of the teacher. The workshops are open to different instrument groups, unless explicitly restricted.

WORKSHOP 1: „Body – win-win effects“

The workshop focuses on win-win effects that go beyond ‘physical health’. Topics include aspects of attention, concentration, playing together with others and playing from memory.

  1. Target group: Teachers
  2. Duration: 90 minutes
  3. Group size: max. 4 participants

WORKSHOP 2: „Body special – high strings“

The workshop focuses on the advantages for high string players, both from a technical and musical perspective and, where applicable, from a social perspective. Win-win effects that go beyond ‘physical health’ and are closely linked to playing technique will be discussed and experienced.

  1. Target group: Teachers (violin/viola)
  2. Duration: 90 minutes
  3. Group size: max. 4 participants
