Make music
Make music is a new series with teaching literature for beginners on the violin, viola and cello. The first booklet, Tuneful from day one, has already been published. The series collects material for teachers and students who are also looking for new approaches to practising that integrate students more meaningfully into the learning process and offer them a variety of opportunities to be creative with their own practising. The next issues are planned for autumn 2024 and spring 2025.
The workshops deal with different aspects of this series. They are aimed at teachers who have the materials (teachers have free access to the material). The aim of the workshops is to bring the existing materials into a didactic and methodological context and to try out how these materials can be used sensibly in teaching, what they „bring“ and what tips there are from the practice and development of the material. The aim is also to develop a close interweaving with other school works, pieces, etudes and concertos in practice. The topic of playing together with others will also play a role. The workshops:
1.) „Tuneful from day one“
This workshop will deepen the content of the first volume and provide tips and experience with working with the booklet. This workshop is available either with a specific focus on one/two instrument(s) or for all three (see dates). The aim also is to discuss the fundamental questions of the participants
2.) „Tuneful – the additional tasks“
This workshop focuses on the additional tasks in the booklet, how they can be integrated and how they can be extended.
3.) „Tuneful – alongside other instructural guides“
This workshop focusses on the interaction between „Tuneful from day one“ and other instructural guides.
