How to use the massage balls
These stainless steel massage balls make your fingers more supple and flexible and loosen your hands and wrists, which has a positive effect on your instrumental playing. The simplest application: To do this, simply take (at least) 2 balls in one hand and rotate them around the other ball using even finger movements, without the balls touching each other. This can be done clockwise and counter-clockwise. You can also do this with two hands at the same time: The balls are rotated in the same direction or in opposite directions.
Training possibilities
A comprehensive and systematic training with massage balls for instrumentalists and non-musicians can be found at studioTSNH or directly here: A round way to warm up. For more information visit our topic page.
