The 16 exercises improve the flexibility of the fingers and favour a warm hand feeling. They are demonstrated in 48 videos. Including extra tips for instrumentalists.
Our hand training collection contains specific exercises and techniques for musicians – from beginner to advanced – and for non-musicians. The collection comprises both videos and text descriptions of the exercises. The exercises are divided into five sections, each of which has a different focus.
In principle, all types of balls can be used. We do recommend hand massage balls made of solid stainless steel. They have the advantage of being relatively heavy, thus achieving a more intense physiological training effect.
The exact size of the balls needs to be determined through trying out. As a general rule, larger balls have a noticeably greater effect; however, the size of the balls should be chosen with care: beginners are advised to train with smaller balls. You can find guidance of sizes, including guidelines and illustrations in the description of the recommended stainless steel balls.
Everyone can train with the massage balls. The collection is explicitly aimed at everyone. For instrumentalists, it also offers specific tips, explanations and inspiration on how the exercises can be applied to their own instrumental practice.
