We charge a reasonable flat rate for postage per consignment and assess the best option (carrier) before each dispatch.

Delivery times | Consignment composition
Unless other delivery times are specified, we dispatch orders within 1–2 working days, usually on the day after the order is placed. The actual delivery time then depends on the supplier. Please note that deliveries are not usually made on Sundays or public holidays. If a tracking code is available for your delivery, we will send it to you by email.
If items with different delivery times have been ordered, we will dispatch the goods in a single consignment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time in the order.
As we work with various manufacturers, suppliers and fulfilment service providers, it is possible that you may receive your goods in several separate shipments.
Delivery/delivery times for digital products:
- eBooks and free downloads: You can download the documents in your personal user account directly after successful payment and registration (confirmed e-mail address via the double opt-in procedure). For technical reasons, it may take a few minutes for the necessary e-mail to be sent to you.
- Mini subscriptions: You can log in to your personal user account and access the mini subscription immediately after successful payment and registration (confirmed e-mail address via the double opt-in procedure). For technical reasons, it may take a few minutes for the necessary e-mail to be sent to you.
