The workshop focuses on deepening the practice of the Foot Roller Method as a practitioner. It is based on the four steps from the mini subscription Phrasing. The workshop is open to all instrument groups, clarifies basic questions from participants, provides tips for practising and helps with transferring the technique to other instrument groups.
This workshop focuses on steps 1, 2 and 3 presented in the subscription Phrasing, with an emphasis on rhythmic stability. Both practising and teaching are addressed. The transfer to other instruments is also discussed, and the variety of possible applications is presented and experienced together.
This workshop focuses on steps 3 and 4 presented in the subscription Phrasing, with an emphasis on musical phrasing. Both practising and teaching are addressed.
