Air-filled mini ball cushion are ideal for children from approx. 4 years (16cm) and for adults and teenagers (20cm) for individual lessons, group lessons and daily practice at home. The number, sizes and colors can be combined as required. And this is how it works: You can simply stand on two cushions while practicing. If you want to use them while walking, you can walk from one cushion to the other. Just make sure that the distance between the cushions is not too far. This is a very simple way to activate your balance while practicing. Ball cushions are also known as wobble cushions.
