How to use the massage balls
These stainless steel massage balls make your fingers more supple and flexible and loosen your hands and wrists, which has a positive effect on your instrumental playing. The simplest application: To do this, simply take (at least) 2 balls in one hand and rotate them around the other ball using even finger movements, without the balls touching each other. This can be done clockwise and counter-clockwise. You can also do this with two hands at the same time: The balls are rotated in the same direction or in opposite directions.
Diameter: For every hand size
Guide value: Balls with a diameter of 25 mm are suitable for children. Balls with a diameter of 30 mm are suitable for teenagers and adults with a small to average hand size. Balls with a diameter of 40 mm are suitable for adults and older teenagers with an average hand size or slightly larger. Balls with a diameter of 45 mm are suitable for people with very large hands and a lot of strength. In the photos you can see the same hand for each diameter so that you can correctly estimate the size. The hand is an adult, normal-sized woman’s hand. The 40mm balls are ideal for this hand. For very small children we offer an alternative of crystall balls (different colors) with a diameter of approx. 15-16 mm.

Scope of delivery
The balls are supplied as a set of 2 in the ordered size in a wooden box (25, 30, 40, 45mm). The crystall balls are supplied as individual balls in the specified quantity.
