Warm up in 4 steps for rhythms and coordination

Short and to the point: with this warm-up you can noticeably and audibly improve your playing technique in just a few minutes a day. The warm-up has 4 steps. Each step adds another component to perfect your coordination on the violin and viola. The steps build on each other and each step is also an individual exercise. The steps:

  • basic step: Focus on coordination within the fingers of the left hand
  • step 2: the feet are added
  • step 3: the bow is added
  • step 4: bow and feet are added at the same time

The steps are all described in detail. There are videos showing how to carry them out. There is also a range of tips and further information.
