These stainless steel massage balls make your fingers more supple and flexible and loosen your hands and wrists, which has a positive effect on your instrumental playing. The simplest application: To do this, simply take (at least) 2 balls in one hand and rotate them around the other ball using even finger movements. The aim is, that the balls increasingly doesn’t touch each other. This can be done clockwise and counter-clockwise. You can also do this with two hands at the same time: The balls are rotated in the same direction or in opposite directions. You can find a comprehensive range of training materials, developed and compiled for instrumentalists, in the subscription “A round way to warm up”.
